What is the Kappa League?
Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity's Kappa League is a national youth mentorship and leadership development program designed to guide young men, primarily from underserved communities, toward personal and professional success. Established in 1969, the Kappa Leadership Development League focuses on cultivating critical life skills, academic excellence, and social responsibility among male students, typically from middle school to high school. The program operates under the principles of "Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor," a core value of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Through workshops, seminars, and hands-on experiences, Kappa League participants engage in activities that foster leadership, civic engagement, and character development. Topics include college preparation, career exploration, financial literacy, and community service. The program also emphasizes mentorship, pairing participants with members of Kappa Alpha Psi who serve as role models and provide guidance to help them navigate challenges and opportunities.
Kappa League programs are hosted by local chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi across the United States and globally, allowing young men to connect with a network of support that extends beyond their immediate communities. The program aims to empower participants with the tools, confidence, and network necessary to succeed academically, socially, and professionally while instilling values of integrity and achievement.
